Two new mailers will serve as a follow-up to the tri-fold brochure that SMG has been mailing out to Clark County newcomers. Targeting by geographic location, residents will receive an envelope with a customized letter and insert (see left) that welcomes them to the area and promotes the services offered at either the Battle Ground or Fisher's Landing locations. The envelope features a window that lets the image of the family and all text peek through, creating a more dynamic and personalized mailer. The insert also lets newcomers know they can choose a free gift (either a pedometer or digital thermometer) when they become a new patient. A unique URL provides more information about services offered by SMG as well as key points of interest in the area.
